The Career Readiness Certificate is for students who want to intentionally engage in the career development process during their undergraduate program. The certificate is designed to support students from the exploration stage of the career management process and prepares them to compete for significant experiences, and ultimately reinforces the necessary reflection required to articulate their proficiency in the Core Career Competencies.
