This minor helps prepare students to lead in the burgeoning field of long-term services and supports. Graduates may lead a nursing home, assisted living facility, independent senior housing, home care, hospice, or other nonprofit that serves older adults and their families. Through this minor, students will be eligible to obtain Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Director credentials in Minnesota.
