Exploration Workshops

Twice per year, CAPE hosts a workshop that can help you get a jumpstart on your major exploration. The day includes taking career assessments, discussing majors by interest, eating food, and more! The next extended workshop will be held in fall semester.

Major Scare

Join us for Major Scare, a Halloween-themed, interactive workshop designed to help undergraduate students learn more about their interests and values, and how they apply to different majors at the U.

Choosing a Major 101 for Transfer Students

Are you in the process of deciding on a major? Or choosing major options for a plan B? In this session offered through the Center for Academic Planning and Exploration (CAPE), you will learn about the college and major structures at the U, resources to gather information on majors and careers, and how to start the process of making an informed decision on a major and beyond.

CAPE offers a menu of 1 hour workshops that can be requested by student groups or University departments at any time. We are also able to create a unique workshop related to major exploration based on the needs of your group.
